Job Description

Seeking a Manager, Project Coordination to lead our Project Team at our Bucks County Manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include coordination, implementation, execution and completion of projects on time and on budget, while remaining aligned with corporate strategy, commitments and organizational objectives.

Duties:

  • Project cycle, coordinating all input for bid to the customer, preparing detailed project budget and managing execution of the project to meet contract requirements on time and on budget.
  • Lead an established Project team
  • Help define the project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Plan, implement, manage budget, schedule and project timeline
  • Lead, assemble and manage project team
  • Lead daily meeting, status updates
  • Work cross-functionally to forecast, quote generation, manage cost variances
  • Allocate project resources
  • Forecasting
  • Track & report Key Performance Indicators - KPI’s
  • Implement and monitor change management
  • Establish accountability and scalability
  • Evaluate projects through a grading system and recommend improvements

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Manufacturing experience, preferably within an ISO environment.
  • Exposure to building materials and/or finishes
  • Exposure implementing and sustaining continuous improvement programs
  • Proven ability to bring it all together & execute
  • Project management qualification (PMP) (CPM) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Prior experience employing PM techniques and tools
  • Experience creating, implementing and sustaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Experience as a Project Manager and/or Production / Project  Coordinator.
  • Technical Skills: ERP, MRP, CRM, MS Office, MS Excel, Google doc’s, ERP and/or QuickBooks
  • Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and presentation skills are required
  • Strong leadership, ability to push and drive for results
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Able to work within cross-functional groups, with the ability to push for results.
  • Knowledge of specialty woods, finishing would be a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Architects, Designers and Contractors would be preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage 15-20 projects in tandem.
